Following the positive response from the majority of owners to pay their service charges the Management Company have obtained additional funds and have put a program of works together. Owners must be mindful of the outstanding amount of money due to creditors which the Management Company are gradually paying off as well as  carrying out the day to day maintenace and ongoing improvement works. Some of the these works include;

1. New steel Bin Store door sets with overhead closers and combination locks

2. Road markings, double yellow lines & speed ramps in high profile areas

3. Landscaping improvements in various locations

4. New '"Visitor" signage at parking bays

5. Maintenance team on site 2 days per week 

6. High level gutter cleaning (excluding houses)

7. Power Washing the Water Rill & adjacent paving
